Minutes of last meeting: Read and agreed
Matters Arising:
Membership cards: Query was raised over wording on back of card – agreed to remove bracketed reference to EU as no longer applicable
Membership form: Finalised, in latest magazine and people have already started to pay
Awards night: 29 January 2022 Paul Benn kindly agreed
Website: Still awaiting reply from M Sport regarding Malcolm Wilson details.
Current Membership: 93 (15 new members in 2021)

2020 Accounts: Had already been passed round and agreed, signed off by Ian and filed. Roger proposed a vote of thanks for the hard work Ian and Russell had put in on the 2020 accounts and it was unanimously agreed.
Secretary: Insurance renewed as at 10 September.
ANCC require next years event dates – will be filled in and returned
ANWCC require 2022 Association fee – now paid.
Competition Secretary:
31 October: Rallytest: Will go ahead but venue yet to be determined
7 November: Treasure Hunt
Championship Tables: will be put on website
AGM: Wednesday 17 November at Hundith Hall Hotel. 2022 AGM to be 23 February.
