Minutes of Meeting held on 14 December 2022 at Hundith Hill Hotel

Minutes of last meeting: Minutes of 2 November 2022 agreed
Matters Arising:
Awards Night: 4 February 2023 at MSport: Roger confirmed date change was ok. Caterers will be contacted with numbers, and possible bar to be confirmed. Paul B to be contacted regarding people he may wish to bring, and also Andrew B at Northside
MSport visit: In view of the Awards night, to be be postponed until summer
2023 Dates: CMSG list of dates was discussed. Ian to update WCMC 2023 dates from 2022 list, and then insert where he could to avoid clashes.
It is hoped there will be 3 12 cars after Stephen’s first event on 19 December. Richard said he would arrange the first one. Roger suggested that one could be a Pearl Wilson memorial and that possibly could start from Msport – unanimously agreed would be a excellent idea if we could.
2023 Autotest areas: Several areas were discussed, and members were asked to check and revert
Current Membership: 83 - No change for 2022. 2023 renewals have started

Secretary: Asked for confirmation to pay MSUK £84 for 2023 membership – all agreed.
Advised there was a problem with uploading information to the website – had emailed but not had a reply yet.
Competition Secretary: Running 12 car on 19 December – has 12 cars and a reserve. Several MSport people are taking part. Marshals required.
AOB:
Ian advised that there may be a problem with trailer parking for the Malcolm Wilson Rally – there will be a ceremonial start in Cockermouth.
Richard asked if OK to continue with an advert in the club magazine – confirmed ok.
