Speaker for Awards Night: Still to be decided. Date agreed to be Saturday 28 January 2023
Company Secretary: Companies House records have been amended to show Russell as Company Secretary and Russell already receiving information.

ANWCC Subscription due £25 agreed to pay
Competition Secretary: Rallytest cancelled as day before Queen’s funeral. Autotest 9 October has 8 entries at present, but entries will be accepted on the day. May only be one test due to numbers. Another Autotest is scheduled to be held on 30 October.
AOB: Roger congratulated Stephen on winning the ANWCC Autotest championship – all agreed very well done.
Roger also mentioned the possibility of MSport visit on a weekend morning. Limited to 50 with no entry fee but donation to Malcolm’s choice of charity. Club to pay for food. Agreed good idea, Roger to liaise regarding possible dates.
Russell said that he has one trophy that needs to be repaired but may not actually be repairable, and also another needs to be bought, so possibly two new cups to be arranged before awards night. Food needs to be organised as well.
There was a discussion on various possible sites availability for events.
