Notes of Meeting held on 2 March 2022 at Hundith Hill Hotel
Present: Ian Aitken, Russell Grant, Peter Lister, Geoff Bateman, Maggy Bateman, Roger Fisher, Pearl Wilson, Stephen Dixon, Richard Barnard
Minutes of last meeting: Read and agreed
Matters Arising:
Malcolm Wilson Rally: 144 entries at present. Seeding has been done. Call for more marshals.
Safeguarding: Maggy had been in contact with MSUK, and Ian signed form ready for submission
Greystoke: Richard still looking at updates to website – will report at April meeting

Geoff had been to Barclays for identification checks, and had now sent off the information.
Secretary:
Had received email regarding updating classes for National Championship Car Trials. It was suggested that as we do not have many members that we reply with a ‘No Comment’
Following conversations with officials of SD34 Maggy had emailed them an application – will be discussed at their Committee Meeting shortly.
Competition Secretary:
Sunday’s Autotest was successful. 10 entries but 9 turned up and enjoyed a good day. Stephen to give Ian information to pay permit fees
Next event will be a Rallytest, but at Dunmail Park.
AOB:
Comparison of Rules: Discussion took place, Ian to investigate further and revert.
Website: Discussed – definitely needs updating. Difficult to load Championship tables, etc. Ian to query with original webpage designer if we can have changes made. Other Committee members to investigate other websites for ideas.
Archive of Minutes/Policies: Discussion over storage – should be kept for 10 years. Paper copies have been held by Russell. Electronic held on website. Maggy has kept all details since becoming Secretary. Geoff to investigate opening a Dropbox account which all Committee Members would have access to.
Street Car championship: Ian mentioned this seems to be a way of grouping all entry level motorsport – to investigate more.
Stephen: Will order mugs as previously agreed.
Roger: Latest magazine has just gone out – will be the last unless members renew
Ian: Has accountants bill for £600 – agreed to pay
