Matters Arising:
AGM: Wednesday 17 November at Hundith Hill Hotel. It was agreed Russell would present the 2020 accounts and deal with any questions arising.
Membership cards: Now with printers
Change of committee dates to Wednesday for 2022: Agreed with Hundith Hill
Awards night: 29 January 2022. Ian to confirm the date with Paul Benn and Pearl to contact caterers.
Website: Still awaiting reply from M Sport regarding Malcolm Wilson details.

Secretary: Following emails between MSUK and Maggy regarding the 2022 renewal our Articles of Association were uploaded but MSUK have requested further amendments/information which will become mandatory at the 2023 renewal – Ian and Maggy to check and revert to committee.
Competition Secretary:
31 October: Rallytest: Went ahead at Dunmail – well received by competitors
7 November: Treasure Hunt: All in hand with Russell – Stephen to be reimbursed for MSUK licence.
Championship Tables: will be put on website
AOB:
Stephen to order Mugs – payment agreed
Russell organising trophies, etc., for Awards Night – to include Lady and Gentleman championships – agreed to reimburse costs
Roger has started to send out the Magazine by post where necessary – to be reimbursed for costs of stamps/stationary
