Minutes of Meeting held on 2 March 2023 at Hundith Hill Hotel
Present: Ian Aitken, Geoff Bateman, Maggy Bateman, Roger Fisher, Stephen Dixon
Apologies: Russell Grant, Richard Barnard.
Ian read out an email from Peter Lister saying that he will be resigning from the Committee, and also not renewing his membership as he is not involved with motorsport at the moment. Ian said that it was a pity. The committee wished to formally thank Peter for all his efforts over the years and hoped he would return in the near future.

The above to be held over until next month, due to lack of committee members.
Insurance Legal Cost: Maggy had confirmed with insurers that legal costs as a club are covered under Section 14 and 15 – Public Liability - of the policy.

Secretary: Queried with AGM minutes once agreed should go on website – confirmed should.
Competition Secretary: Stephen reported dates are still to be resolved. Doubtful if we would be able to use Northside. Does anyone know of a farmers field that may be available for stubble autotest? Next 12 car wil be 27 March – Richard to organise and his dad to run.
Ian reported on the Malcolm Wilson Rally preparations.
