Minutes of Meeting held on 3 May 2023 at Hundith Hill Hotel

Minutes of last meeting: Minutes of 5 April 2023 agreed
Matters Arising:
Vice Chair: Russell agreed to be Vice Chair – all agreed.
Finances regarding running of events and awards: Agreed for Club championship at least 3 events must be entered. It was agreed Pearl Wilson Memorial 12 car will have awards with name engraved on. Awards to be Overall driver and navigator, and others to be decided. Competition and membership secretaries to discuss and revert back to committee.
Awards night: Further discussion took place regarding venues, cost etc. Suggested raffle to be split 75% charity/25% Club to defray costs.
2024 Membership Cost: Suggested £15 single, £24 family but to be be discussed further.
Business Account: Held till next month. Maggy had been to the Cumberland in Wigton and got some information.

Roger asked for clarification of dates for the magazine. Greystoke meeting was held 2 May, and regulations are now online – entries open shortly
