Notes of Meeting held on 3 September 2021 at Hundith Hall Hotel

Matters Arising:
Mugs: Ordered
Membership cards: Russell ordered
Membership form: Roger provided draft copies and some amendments were suggested with regard to payment details.
Roger also provided costs of posting paper copies to those members who requested which is £8 per member per year. Printing costs kindly paid by M Sport
Fees to rise for 2022 to £13 single, £20 family subject to ratification at AGM.
Awards night: Saturday 22 or 29 January 2022 – Ian to contact Paul Benn
Website: Awaiting reply from M Sport regarding Malcolm Wilson details.

Greystoke: £x passed into Greystoke account after running of the M-Sport Stages. Malcolm Wilson also generously donated a further £x to the Greystoke account. This is held jointly between WCMC and EVMC.
2020 Accounts: Ian and Russell visited accountant who just needs some further information and then should be able to provide reports ready for AGM.
Secretary: Nothing to report
Competition Secretary:
5 September Autotest: Will run, but only 6 entries at present
19 September: Greystoke Stages Almost full, but numbers slightly down. Marshals needed
26 September: Rallytest Should run at Oldside – hopefully regs out next week
24 October: Rallytest
Championship Tables: will be put on website
AGM: 8 November at Hundith Hall Hotel – to be confirmed

Magazine: Richard asked if he could place an advert in the magazine and was advised he could. Roger said he could do with more reports.
